Flowers by Rene proudly serves the Parsipanny area. Established in the Lake Hiawatha section of Parsipanny thirty years ago by Rene and Larry Bellott. As the original owners and operators, all your orders will be personally taken care of by Rene or Larry. Quality control is of utmost importance to us. We inspect all orders before they leave the shop and all are covered under our shop posted satisfaction guarantee. We have the ability to handle all local, national and worldwide orders. Former high school teachers, Rene and Larry, joined their love for flowers and teaching by opening up the Floral School of Design in 2006. the school was approved by the New Jersey Depts. of Education, Labor and Workforce Development in October 2006. Daytime florists and evening teaching has kept Rene and Larry up on all the latest innovations in the floral industry. Before opening each day, Rene teaches a floral/landscape class at the Calais School in Whippany.
Rene and Larry are experts in all the current wedding designs - from the traditional cascading bouquets to the latest in hand-tied designs. It's best to call for an appointment at least six months before your event.

To help assure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, place your order at least 1 day prior to the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Administrative Professionals Week, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, Independence Day and Labor Day.

For Flowers by Rene, all of its clients and staff are family! We value their safety and well-being above all else. In order to practice social distancing, we are currently closed to the public but are offering contactless delivery seven days a week! There is nothing we enjoy more than being able to deliver smiles :)
Rest assured, our staff is taking all necessary precautions and adhering strictly to CDC protocols and guidelines. All work stations and products are sanitized regularly. As an added precaution, deliveries are contactless! Your arrangement is delivered to your recipient's door and they are notified of its arrival with a phone call. The delivery driver waits at a safe distance to ensure your arrangement is received.
According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the FDA, there have been no reports of illness to suggest that Covid-19 is transmittable via packaging, food, or fresh products including flowers. In fact, flowers are known to clean the air and studies have shown flowers reduce anxiety and brighten your mood. I think it’s safe to say, we could all use a little flower right about now!

A local delivery fee of $8.99 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)
U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
